Dominika Kozarzewska
President of the Board. She has been involved in growing highbush blueberries for 25 years, initially at the “daar” farm owned by her parents, Hanna and Jan Karwowscy, and later at Plantacja nad Tanwią. She graduated from the University of Warsaw and the Kozminski University. She is one of the leaders of industry integration and founders of the Polish Berry Cooperative. She is a Member of the Management Board of the Polish Blueberry Promotion Foundation.
Hanna Karwowska
Member of the Board. Graduate of the Faculty of Horticulture at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Hanna is one of the most respected experts in highbush blueberry growing in Poland. She has over 40 years of experience in growing blueberries. She is a co-owner of the “daar” farm, Plantacja nad Tanwią and DAR BLUE d o.o., the first Polish-Croatian blueberry plantation.
Jarosław Bień
Member of the Board. Involved in horticulture since 2002, when he started work at the J.G.Lang & Son farm in Scotland. He went on to work at farms in Spain and Ukraine. In May 2013 he returned to Poland and started cooperation with “Polskie Jagody”.
Agata Małkiewicz
Head of Sales. She has been involved in the sales of highbush blueberries since 2005, initially at Polberry Sp. z o.o., where she was in charge of exports. President of the Board and co-owner of DAR BLUE d o.o. Graduated from the Management Faculty at the University of Warsaw.
Katarzyna Czaplewska
Head of Administration, Quality, and Certification. Graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz. Since 2006 she has been developing her career in food safety and quality standards. In 2013 she took the helm of the Quality and Certification Department, and since 2016 she has been heading the Administration Department at "Polskie Jagody”.
