On 18 November, we traditionally participated in the Donors’ Evening of the Community Fund of Biłgoraj Foundation, which Polskie Jagody has been supporting financially and organisationally for many years.
This year’s evening was very successful; during the auction of valuable items and the ‘Giving Circle’, a total of over PLN 40,000 was collected for local initiatives and scholarships for children and young people. Funding was provided, among others, to a project by the ‘Let’s do our own thing’ Association in Obsza.

The Community Fund of Biłgoraj Foundation is an independent, apolitical philanthropic organisation operating in the Biłgoraj poviat and Zwierzyniec municipality, based on American community foundation models. FFLZB raises and awards funds to improve the living conditions of the local community.

Between 1999 and 2023, the Foundation provided the local community with the sum of PLN 5.6 million in the form of scholarships (PLN 1.6 million), grants (PLN 5.2 million) and donations (PLN 253,000).
